A bit after Springfield is trapped under the dome, Marge comments that inside the dome, there is no summer breeze. However, later in the movie, Homer hits his head on a tree, which has a single leaf that blows towards the hole at the top of the dome. If there is no breeze, the leaf would not be able to blow in the breeze.
