The epiosode is titled: Operation Tiger. The slipup occurs near the end of the episode. Col. Hogan and Newkirk are dressed as German officers and board a train that they later destroy. As they enter their compartment, there are two other officers sitting. When Hogan pulls a gun on them, the camera angle changes for a few seconds to the locomotive engineers window with the engine numbers beneath it. Although it is nighttime, you can clearly see that the numbers are 9444 but they are backwards. If edited correctly, the numbers would read 4449.
