In the 1980's movie Mannequin, when Johnathan and the Mannequin, Emmy, are flying through the streets on his motorcycle from Mr. Richards and Felix, watch closely. Mr. Richards and Felix are driving very fast through traffic and end up rear ending a bunch of cars. You can tell that the rear ended cars have dummies inside of them by the way they are bouncing up and down in the seat and then by the way that they just sit there and don't even get out of the car after being hit. I think that they could of used real actors for this part of the movie, it isn't life threatening. But it's still a cool movie, none the less!
