At the very end of the movie, Eastwood and Stroud, get on a large helicopter that is taking them from the top of a building in NY to the actual airport. They (Eastwood and Stroud) get on the helicopter, sit down and as they light up cigerattes, you can see that the helicopter is actually IN-FLIGHT, for a period of time.

Then the camera goes back to the top of the bank building showing Susan Clark waving good bye to Eastwood and the helicopter has not taken off.

But previously it showed in flight.
