In the scene where everyone is donning sheet-ghost costumes to trick-or-treat, Charlie Brown has already shown up in a costume with more holes than eye holes ("I had a little trouble with the scissors"). As they leave, just after 9 1/2 minutes in a commercial-free video, Snoopy (as the World War I Flying Ace) passes Charlie Brown, who stops and salutes him smartly. Charlie's sheet now only has eyeholes, without the extra holes he'd cut. The next shots are outside the house; the holes are back.
