In Episode 8, John has Camerons chip removed to shut down the Los Angeles Traffic Control.. To remove the chip Camerons "skin" has to be peeled back, then a small cover is removed to access the chip itself. After this as John is reinstalling Camerons chip he inserts it and puts the skin back over it.. Without placing the cover back on.
