Roughly halfway through the movie (chapter 13 on the DVD), the Rangers are attacked by a dinosaur skeleton that comes to life. Towards the end of the battle, Tommy is riding on top of the skeleton as it tries to throw him off. As the dinosaur whips its head around, you can clearly see a SFX guy on the left edge of the screen, standing partially in the frame and visible for nearly a full second. He is wearing a black T-shirt and ballcap, and you can see him react to the dinosaur's head as if to help keep it under control. His presence is very obvious and I can't believe this got into the movie.
