In the Episode "Mr. Monk and Mrs. Monk", at the very begginning when Natelie sees the fake Trudy in the coffe shop she flips the picture of the actual Trudy she had gotten framed for Monk upside down. They cut to the next scene and it is against her chest. And the next cut it is back on the table!
