When Heather is first introduced there is a scene where she takes a shower...a light bulb breaks and she gets out to investigate. She has a tattoo on her upper back of a cross. Towards the end of the movie Heather is wearing a dress and her tattoo is no longer there. You can see where the tattoo should have been and that part of her body is visible with the dress on.
