This slip up occurs in the original Out of Towners with Jack Lemmon and Sandy Dennis from 1970.

During the first 10 minutes when George and his wife are driving to the airport, he pulls over on the side of the Interstate to ask her if they're doing the right thing. It is a typical 4 lane Interstate with nothing but trees on the passenger side which you can plainly see. However, the next shot shows them pulling away and instead of being on the Interstate, they're on a 2 lane road in town with a hotel on the right side instead of the trees.
