Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Lady Liberty's Head is still there
In the intro of Red Alert 2, we see New York being invaded by Soviet troops and tanks etc. At one part, we see Lady Liberty's head being blown away by a missle, however, on the first Allied campaign mission you play, we see Lady Liberty, with her head fully attached!!

Not sure about patched up Red Alert 2s. Regular Red Alert 2 (out of the box) and First Deacde
