In the scene where Ray [Tom Cruise] was on the boat with his family, his son Robby is at the end of the boat helping people over the gate. Ray was at the other end of the boat. Suddenly, a tri-pod comes out of the water and tips the boat over. In the next scene, you see a car push Ray and his son into the water together. Wasn't his son at the other end of the boat?
