At the plant everybody gets rich, so Lenny gets a face lift so he will have a huge smile. By doing this he loses his beard. In the scene where the Germans buy the power plant, Lenny has this huge smile and says, "This is the worst day of my life." Then it cuts to a commercial break; when it comes back Lenny is talking again with his normal look?!?! Isn't it impossible to get your same look back again after plastic surgery?
