In the special features menu, there is an alternate scene. It is of Bob talking to the boys playing basketball in Colorado. He says that Carl is a master in the ancient art of "gong hey fa choy" and that he teaches at a hardcore dim sum school. "Gong hey fa choy" is Chinese for "Happy New Year" and dim sum is a Chinese pastry. I think they need to do a little research. Either that or it's a joke only people who speak Chinese will understand.
