At the end of the movie, Elsa tries to leave with the grail and triggers a large earthquake by crossing the magical seal. She almost falls into a crevasse, but Indiana grabs her leather gloved hands just in time. Elsa realizes the grail is just below her and pulls a hand free to reach it. As she is reaching, the leather glove on her other hand starts slipping off.

The first shot [1:57:06] shows the glove slipping down to the bottom of her fingers. However, In the second shot [1:57:11], the glove is shown having only slipped to just her palm. Finally, the last shot of her glove [1:57:16] shows it at the palm as in the previous shot, where it then completely slips off her hand causing Elsa to fall to her death.
