Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace - R2-D2 Unchained
This slip up can be viewed when R2, Qui-gon, Jar-Jar, and Padmedala are wandering toward Mos Espa.
The ILM Crew forgot to brush out the bar that kept R2's Legs together in the sand. Now it is not that noticeable when first are off the ship or initially rolling toward the town, that is up until R2 roles into town, the panning scene with the camera toting little alien bunch, anyway, the bar picks up a bit of Dewback dung and drags it down the road, bet that smell is just murder to get out of astromech...

At the Star Wars website, there is a picture of the prop that was used as R2. In the picture, you can clearly see that there is NO BAR connecting R2's legs. The exact Internet location of the picture is: http://www.starwars.com/snapshot/2000/50/index1a.html

As in every Star Wars Movie to date, there were several R2 props used. Somewhere, where they were discussing the making of Phantom Menace, they stated that the desert scene required an R2 with a stabilizing bar for the back legs. And yes, it is very visible in the scene mentioned above.
