When Georgia found out that she had "Lampington's disease", she went to go find out how much it cost for a surgery. When the lady and Georgia are sitting down at the desk, Georgia thinks she is covered through her HMO, but the lady says "if you think you are being treated unfairly...". So the lady hands her two skinny books on the bottom and one thick book on the top. Georgia picks up the thick book, but when she puts it back, another thick book is placed on the two skinny books.
