Doctor Who (2007) - Book 7
In The Shakespeare Code, if you listen well, you can learn that the Doctor cryed while reading Harry Potter 7.
However, Harry Potter 7 is released in 2007, and if you watched "Aliens of London", you would know that Doctor Who is based 1 year into the future. The Doctor said: "Just wait until book 7. I cryed, I really did." He said this as if the book was not yet released.

The Doctor says this in 1599, i think that was the date, so none of the Potter books had been printed yet so his statement was correct for them to wait for the 7th.

Dr. Who is a Time Lord. This show is not based in any particular year. He can travel to ANY point in time and get ANY Harry Potter book written. This is not a Slip-Up, it was MEANT to be there!
