In the film the transporter give the woman in the boot of his car a drink by cutting a hole in the tape, after the part where his car blows up and he makes his way back to the house where he then steals that car. In side that car that woman who was beaning held hostage is there in the back seat she pops here head up a couple of times and you can see that the tape is intact no hole, but then when he dumps here out of the car and leaves here in the middle you can see that the tape has a hole again.
