When Indiana and Elsa are making their get-away from the brotherhood of the crucified sword, they steal a launch. One of the 'brotherhood' makes a huge leap to grab onto the back. It looks a seamless edit, but I think he is travelling at such a pace he hits the boat and carries on into the water. The next sequence just has to be edited so we see him hanging on.
