Saving Private Ryan - Shoulder Fired Rifle Grenade?
After the Rangers have breached the barbed wire and cleared several pill boxes. There is a scene in which a Ranger fires a rifle grenade into a pill box containing a large german shore gun. But this Ranger has the butt of his rifle placed against his shoulder. The recoil would have pulverized his shoulder badly, he would've had to have the butt of the rifle on the ground.

Idea: Right Follow up: wrong He was using an M7A1 Spigot Grenade launcher, with an M8 Rifle grenade, which would not be fired from the shoulder, the M11A3 was fired from the shoulder, the M8 was fired similarily to a Mortar, by placing the stock on the ground, aiming it, and then firing it.
