In the movie Shaun of the Dead, you can see shaun shoots a zombie in the head at the Winchester. Later at the end when Shaun is with Liz and they are watching TV, you can see the same zombie that was shot in the head on the show where the zombies are trying to get the meat, Fun Dead.
