When scrooge is visited by the first ghost(the ghost of christmas past) he first goes back in time to school. when he goes in the school building and it is showing him as a child growing up there is a modern day clock in the background. it is over his shoulder at the top of the wall.

and this movie was made to look way back in time before clocks like that

it looks like a clock that would be hanging in a school or something... just an ordinary plastic black and white clock
