In the episode, The Legend of Tennesee Moltisanti,8th episode 1st season, Chistopher shots the bakery guy in the foot. Before he does that he shoots a shot into the floor that bounces off the mirror opposite him and clearly shatters it. When they return to the scene, just before he does shot him in the foot, you can see that the mirror is clearly not shattered. Somehow it's repaired. For a show that prides itself on the small details, I am surprised that they let an obvious mistake "slip-up".
