In the episode after Yugi defeats Marik in the Battle City Finals, Kaiba and Mokuba are at a control panel with only about 20 minutes before KaibaCorp island is about to be blown up. During one of Kaiba's flashbacks where he is explaining how he promised Mokuba that they'd open a line of amusement parks around the world while playing in a sandbox at their orphanage. He tells Mokuba that the amusement park will be named KaibaLand although they were not yet adopted, nor were they aware they were going to be adopted, by their future foster father, Gozuburo Kaiba, the president of Kaibacorp.
