SAW 2 - Hot Glass!
Just a little thing that's bugged me since I saw Saw 2.
In the scene where the man climbs into the crematorium, you may notice that there's a large glass window there. Problem is, in order to incinerate a human body, it requires around 2000 degrees farenheit. (I forget the Celcuis temp)
Glass melts at around 1500 degrees. Meaning that it'd be physically impossible for them to have a glass door on a crematorium.

I work for a glass company in the UK (norman and underwoods) and there is glass which will withstand that heat, but easily be broken if hit with anything. It is used in furnaces such as iron melting.

Where in the movie does it say that the cremetorium was used before that day? Besides, it's referred to as an oven in the movie.

Although i have never seen a crematorium. I believe nobody can argue against this slip-up because also they did manage to break the glass.
