In season 3, Episode 18 "Neverland", there's a slip-up with Andie. Jack is outside eating breakfast and Andie comes outside to join him. While she's talking to Jack about a "romance a brewing", she pours herself some cereal and milk. She then picks up the spoon with her left hand. Then there's a camera switch and Andie is the one facing the camera. She has the milk carton in her left hand. Didn't she just pour some milk? It's pretty obvious if you pay attention.
