Watch the scene where Karen is in the shower. Look at the part where she turns around after the head comes out. When she turns around look closely. You can see a black tube top/ strapless bra.

Actors sometimes wear clothing during shower scences or scences where the character is suppose to be naked. It's no big deal, but good catch.

It's there so that kids who enjoy scary movies can see it without parents being concerned about nudity I think. I'm not sure completly as i didn't watch the movie it didn't hold my interest.
