Just after Anakin lands on Mustafar and instructs R2 to remain with the ship, he places his robe hood over his head. Notice that his glove is missing from his right hand, revealing two flesh hands.

latif writes:: Ah, sure it can be a flesy looking hand as Luke aquired. However, watching the movie, you'll see that when Obi-Wan cuts off Anakin's legs and left arm in thier battle, when he is trying to climb up the rock, his hand is FULLMETAL. Also, WHEN Darth Sidious is having Anakin's new mechanical parts to bfully become Darth Vader,(you know, his two new legs and left arm) Anakin screams in pain, and raises his right hand, the only one not to be cut off by Obi-Wan during their battle. Look at his right hand. FULLMETAL. No fleshy looking substance. Plus, Luke gets his hand looking robot thingy like 22 flippin years later! in anakins time they weren't that up to date. Mothzilla writes:: hello. forget about the scene on the lava river beach side for just a second and think back, way back, to the dream sequence and anakin waking up beside padme. anakin has a metallic hand. although, it is less metallic looking because as anyone who has seen clone wars volume 2 can tell you, he loses the old c-3po looking arm in the last chapter of that series and it is replaced on his way back to save the chancellor, which, is the beginning of episode III, etc etc etc...; 3 of 8 people found this comment helpful. P1h3r1e3d13 writes:: Remember the artificial hand Luke got in Ep. V? It looked just like a normal hand. Anakin's droid-like metal hand from the end of Ep. If you recall in episode III when he is sleeping next to Padme and has the premontion of her dying during child birth, when he wakes up and gets up from the bed he has a mechanical arm.
