In the middle of the Italian job, when the actors are in the piazza during the raid on the bullion van, a lorry tries to smash through the boarded doors. As this happens, a car on the lorry falls of and hits a police car underneath. When this happens the blue cone ontop is seen being thrown in the air intact but when there is a close shot of this it appears to be smashed.
