Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - Key in Lock
This is kind of dumb, but whatever. At the very beginning of the movie, where Harry is talking to Hedwig, when it shows the lock on the cage, pause it. You can sort of see it but if you can, zoom up on the lock. You can see that for some odd reason, there's a key in the lock. It could have been easily opened and he could have gotten Hedwig out WITHOUT using magic.

There is a key in the lock, but I don't think that Harry opened it because he didn't want to get in trouble with his uncle.
