Enemy of the State - Rain Change
Near the end of the movie, right before the shooting scene, there is a huge rain storm. It's pouring out there! Well, when the ambulance and police come right after the shooting scene, it is all nice and sunny and the ground is dry.

Yea it was all sunny but that often happens after a big storm and about the ground, it looked pretty dry to me.
