Charmed - episode with the demonic empath who transfers his "gift" to Prue

Prue runs into an old building that is just about to be bulldozed so that she can save this "innocent" man with empathetic powers. She barges through the door into the apartment this guy lives in and starts a conversation with him. She doesn't even close the door behind her, never mind lock it! However, when Prue and the empath's conversation is interupted by a security guard trying to enter the apartment... hey presto!...the door to the apartment is bolted and chained shut. Now that's magic!
