In the episode where Spongebob and Patrick use invisible paint to fool people in to thinking they are ghosts, go to the part where they scare Mrs. Puff. When she screams "Ghosts!" her mouth is open the whole time. You have to close your mouth to say the letter t and s or else it would end up just "Gho!"
How can you tell if her mouth closes or not she is just a limp sack hanging on a chair. Or if you mean the word she says before that that was not ghosts that was Oh! so its really not a slip-up.
