At the point in the move where Harold and Kumar pull over on to the side of the road so that Kumar can go to the bathroom, pay attention to the road sign in front of the car. When the sign is first shown, it has an arrow pointing in one direction and then the camera cuts away. Then it goes back to the road sign and it is pointing the opposite way. It flip-flops a couple times throughout the scene.
