Reno 911! - Garcia Gets Married
In the episode where Jones, Junior, and Dangle look for the "Burning Man" ceremony, Wiegel stops a man with an Irish accent who has just been married. This man's face is blurred out. As Wiegel walks away, you can see the man's unblurred face in the side view mirror, and it is none other than Carlos Alazraqui, the man who plays Deputy Garcia.

Just about every character who has their face blurred is one of the main characters. The crazy black women, the hooker that Garcia is always trying to help/arrest, etc. First season was on a shoe string budget, so outside castings were slim.

They use the officers for many of the characters. For example, Rayneshia plays T-T.

Fine, but they are trying to say that it was a slip-up...not supposed to know that it was one of the main characters playing someone else.
