Guns of Navarone - What's His Name Again?
During the scene (Storm Scene on the way to the Navarone cliff) where Gregory Peck & Anthony Quayle are on the ship's bridge discussing what happened when they were boarded by the German E-Boat crew, Peck mentions "Butcher" Brown's failure to kill the German soldier. He clearly says "I think our friend Baker has some explaining to do."
Now the character of Brown was played by Stanley Baker, I'm not sure if this was an error that was just missed in post-production or was noticed & left in hoping that no one would notice.

Good slip-up. I just wanted to point out that the actor's name is Anthony Quinn.

Firstly, both Anthony Quayle and Anthony Quinn star in this film, Gregory Peck was talking to Anthony QUAYLE in this scene on the boat. In the scene in question, first they talk about it being strange that the Germans addressed them in English, as if they were expecting them. Peck then states that Baker has some explaining to do. Baker was the officer at the base (the one who they forced to promise to hold the laundry-boy for a week). Clearly they thought Baker had not kept his word, and had let the laundry-boy go, and so tip-off the Germans. They were not referring to Brown or his hesitation in using the knife.
