Wizard of Oz, The - Taking a Picture
At the end of the movie where the wizard is pulling the things out of his black bag he pulls a heart out of the bag for the tin man and as he hands it over to the tin man if you watch the heart it looks like someone had snapped a picture. You can see a flash of a camera.

While I don't know the specifics of this, it's highly doubtful that anyone was taking a picture, as still photos of this movie were typically taken during rehearshal or posed specifically for the camera. The flash is probably one of the studio lights (Technicolor in 1938 was extremely primitive and required lots and lots of bright lighting) reflecting off of the heart.
