Exorcist, The - Disappearing House
Continuity: In the final scene, Father Dyer walks down the ramp to-wards the top of the steps. He stops exactly at the top of the steps. High above his right shoulder is Reagan's bedroom window (now boarded up) where Father Karras jumped out. We are then shown the steps from Father Dyer's perspective, looking down them. We then see another shot of Reagan's bedroom window, again above his right shoulder. Finally there is camera shot taken at a fair distance showing Father Dyer's back (he is still looking down the steps). The house has disappeared, it should be on his right hand side. This error was observed when the film was first shown on British television.

That's interesting because the two are not actually that close. I used to live near Georgetown and visited the steps and the house. The are not really as close as the movie makes them appear because a facade is added to the house to make the house appear connected to the stairs.
