When Dexter and Ed are sneaking into Mondo Burger, Ed is in the straw on the roof. He yells to Dexter that he can see the kitchen through the straw. But when Dexter and Ed fall through the straw, they don't land in the kitchen. They land in the bin of coats OUTSIDE the kitchen.
This can just be a case of human error. From Ed's point of view, he could only see the floor, so from where he was looking, he thought he was above the kitchen, not right outside of it. However, I DO believe that the placement of the straw/chimney is odd, because it would be very impractical if it was not near an oven or a stove, and should have had them exit above one of these appliances.
