In the episode where Jimmy turns his Grandma into a baby,about 1/4 into the episode Granny is trying to open the bottle of "Tongue Defurer". Jimmy says "Let me open that for you" and takes the bottle, with the cap still on. But when he turns around to secretly pour in the anti aging potion, the cap is off withuot him ever taking it off!
