Star Trek Voyager - Phaser Type
In the episode when diffrent parts of Voyager are in diffrent time frames. When Chakoatay first goes onto the bridge, Captain Janeway and Harry Kim are standing at Kim`s station. Kim draws a phaser, and its the earlier version of phasers where the hand grip is curved, the time frame on the bridge has already been established, its the time when Voyager just entered the Delta Quadrant, at this time, they were only using the phasers where the hand grip was straight and a box looking figure, not curved! Ops!

Not saying anything about the phaser bit, but the episode you are referring to is called "Shattered". And the time frame on the bridge is before Voyager even entered the Badlands, before they ended up in the Delta Quadrant. They were just about to enter the Badlands when Chakotay entered the bridge.
