Chicago - Razzle Dazzle the Crew
At the end of the movie, when Billy Flynn (Richard Gere) is performing the musical number "Razzle Dazzle", towards the end of the number, he is walking on top of the ledge. He stops and is singing and right behind him you can CLEARLY see a camera, a camera man and other equiptment. They are just standing there while Billy is singing. It is kinda hard to catch, it's easier to see if you can pause it.

Gary Lynch writes:
This is not a slipup. The set is clearly meant to look like a movie scene is being shot. If you look at the cameraman in shot, it's obvioulsy an old-style camera, and not even pointing at the action. The other film equipment, such as the lights, are shown also. At other times in the song, you can see people standing around just off set, who are meant to represent the director and crew of the dance number.
