In the episode in which Timmy becomes a fairy and Cosmo and Wanda become childeren pay close attention. When they ask where Timmy is (with Cosmo in the cupboard under the sink) Vicky comes in and breaks a plate and dumps garbage in the sink and says "Start shoveling". At this point the sink is filled with garbage, it flicks to her face and then it flicks back to Cosmo and Wanda. In the background the sink is empty and the plate she broke is now back on the rack. Weird huh?
