Definitely not. This kind of things are very difficult to coordinate, because the most of times the scenes are not shot in a chronologic way and many small things changes in between. It's so difficult, because even a director worried by details as Steven Spielberg had committed slip-ups. Tim Burton is a brilliant film maker, too, and he's not the exception.
