In the scene were Pazzi is viewing Hannibal Lecter on the FBI's top ten most wanted list, he is prompted to enter a username and password in order to view the file. The real top ten list can be viewed by anyone (its posted in the FBI building in Washington, DC) as its purpose is to alert the public so that the criminal can be caught!
