Blue Streak - A Fake Little One
Go to the part where he is talking to Jenese in the window. When it shows the man, if you look in the street, you will see someone on a bike. You can tell the bike is fake, because when you look at him, his feet are on the pedals of the bike; and if someone did that, the bike would flip over.

Actually, I have seen this movie 4 times, now, and if you have the slightest bit of good eyes, you can see that one foot is on the ground. Also, the person on the bike moved a bit once in a while. If it was fake, and just a prop, then the person on the bike wouldn't move. Why would there be a fake bike anyways?

Actually it is possible to be on a bike not moving. I have sat on my bike with the kick stand down and it did not fall down. so it is very simple.

When Miles is talking to Janice from the window, the man on the bike has his left foot on the pavement and his right foot on the pedal!!! It was hard to notice, but if you look close it is there!!

Actually, if you look at the man the second time the camera cuts to the angle where you can see him, then you would clearly see that his hands move. At first, he looks fake, but when his hands move then you can tell that he is in fact real and his left foot is on the ground and the right one is on the pedal.

I have watched the movie several times and the person on the bike dosen't appear to move at all. It does look like a fake prop.
