In the Even Stevens episode where Ren and Louis are on the Sibling War game show, Nelson's right arm was twisted. When Ren sees Bobby and Mandy, she twists Nelson's right arm back into place. Right after, Nelson rubs his left arm as if his left arm was the arm that was twisted.
