In the final race between Dom and Brian, the windshield on Brian's Supra breaks. You can view this by watching closely after the jump at the railroad tracks. The windshield was solid, then it's broken, and then it's fixed. You may also note that at the start of this race, Brain's car does not have the left blinker or the windshield wipers on, but when the car jumps, these things are on.
