At the end when Robert(Will) is sitting in his lounge and Brill(Gene) has hidden a camera somewhere, you see Robert looking at himself in the TV and waving his hand.

Notice anything different? The image displayed on the TV is reversed, like a mirror. The image on the TV should be exactly like what we see, considering that we are looking through a camera also. But instead it's reversed, the big band-aid on his head is on the opposite side and his opposite hand is waving.
